My Spring Picks: Style Edition

I’m not entirely sure where this winters gone and if I’m honest, I am so glad it’s finally March. It usually gets to February and I just feel groggy and I can’t seem to wait for the lighter evenings and warmer days, but for some reason I don’t really feel like that this year – maybe it’s the early spring we’ve been getting? But seeing as it’s now officially spring in meteorological terms, I thought I would kickstart the change with some of my picks for 2019.

I’ve already started accumulating items that I’ll be adding to my wardrobe over the next couple of months for the start of the warmer weather, and for the first time, I’ve noticed myself drifting towards lighter colours. I’m not entirely sure why darker colours have always appealed to me more (I sit here writing this post in a black jumpsuit and jumper – typical) but since the new year started, I’ve noticed white, tan and camel clothing outrunning the blacks, greys and blues and I’m feeling a little lost with my wardrobe of little colour. Here are some of my favourite style picks so far:

Dresses and Playsuits:

  1. Marabella Dress, Reformation: $248.00
  2. ASOS Curve Lace Smock, ASOS: £35.00
  3. Seven Days Jumpsuit, Princess Polly: £34.85

  1. Wild Love Top, Princess Polly: £21.45
  2. LPA Polka Button Up, Revolve: £120.00
  3. Kiki Crop, ROWIE The Label: $129.00

  2. Cadell Mid-rise Cropped Jean, Dr Denim (via ASOS): £45.00
  3. High-rise Utility Wide-Leg Jeans, Gap: £39.96

Knitwear and Jackets:

  1. Textured-knit Top, H&M: £17.99
  2. Cropped Cotton Cardigan, & Other Stories: £69.00
  3. Cropped Check Coat, Hush: £145

  1. Strappy Heeled Sandals, & Other Stories: £69.00
  2. Fringe Sandals, Free People: $68.00
